Event Safety
Be a part of our ranger team, but with a specialty for security. Requires a guard-card, or willingness to obtain one.
Join the RGX Medical team to provide on-site medical support at Umbrella Weekend 2026. Help keep our community safe and cared for throughout the festival.
Join our in-house ranger team and help make sure our attendees are safe and comfortable.
Umbrellavation
Help us ensure our Umbrellavation programming (workshops, healing, art, dancers, etc.) goes as smoothly as possible!
Host a session to share knowledge, skills, or creative practices, encouraging attendee participation and engagement.
Offer personalized wellness sessions, such as energy healing, massage, or other therapeutic practices tailored to individual attendees.
Facilitate a class focused on movement, mindfulness, and connection through yoga or other forms of guided physical activity.
Vending
Deliver a branded or experiential activation that engages attendees.
Independent creators and artisans selling handmade or unique goods.
Providing food and drink options for event attendees, while following health & safety standards.
Creative
Create a visual or interactive art piece that inspires, engages, or captivates attendees.

Provide a cozy and welcoming space for attendees to relax, connect, and recharge during the event.
